Grafiche Milani
Grafiche Milani is based in Segrate on the Eastern outskirts of Milan near Linate Airport. Francesco Milani and Giuseppe Gilardi established the company in 1906. Milani has built up a reputation over the years for printing high quality art books and catalogs. The work ranges from highly detailed facsimile work printed in 8 colors with gold blocking on specially made paper, through to exhibition catalogs in 4 or 5 colors, duotone, and black and white. Milani has also perfected several processes involving laser and die cutting, hand sewn binding with wood and aluminum boards and silk screen inks and varnishes for limited edition works.

Web Ex
Web Ex is conveniently located, just across the Canadian border, in Montreal, Quebec. Their main product is single and 2 color web printing on uncoated paper. The print quality at Web Ex is higher than the average cold web printer because their main press was built as a heatset web and later converted to a cold web. In addition to a full size 48 page cold web, Web Ex also has a 6-color sheetfed press as well as in-house saddle stitching and perfect binding. This plant not only produces the standard 8 3/8 X 10 7/8 product but the more rare digest size as well.
