RJ Communications offers both the independent sales reps and the traditional "company rep" an outlet for a broad range of print projects. Through a unique sub-rep agreement, the salesperson has the choice of earning commissions either by direct sales or indirect sales (job specification referrals). With RJ Communications printer network, we provide the internal production support needed to insure your customers' satisfaction. Once specifications are analyzed and matched with the right printer there is no difference between RJ and any other direct rep. The printer clears all credit, invoices directly and supports the customer in the same manner as any other factory direct salesperson. RJ Communications receives a prearranged commission from the printer after the job delivers and is paid for. RJ Communications splits the gross commission with the sub-rep according to contract. In no case is the commission an "added on" commission. It is the commission each printer has built into the hourly rates of their equipment, insuring RJ's customers and yours the same (or better) pricing as dealing with any other employee of the company.
